If you want to make sure that your search gets the best possible attention you should take the following few guidelines into consideration :

1. Posting as much information as possible

This means we need as much info as you can get on the act , the place (e.g club, festival + the year) and the source ( such as radio , stream ). You can include further information if you want.
This information should be included in the headline as far as that is possible (e.g Mr.Awesome live @ awesomnity festival 2190).

2. Posting Samples

Samples are probably the most important thing here because with a good sample your chance is high that someone recognizes your track. Nevertheless , they should not be larger than 10mb because not everyone wants to download the whole set to help you out with one id. You can cut your set easily with mp3directcut.Youtube links or other direct streams are welcomed as well because you don't have to download anything at all.

3. Saying thanks if someone solved your problem

A nice 'thx' is a always welcomed because someone sacrificed his time to help you.

have fun.
