whats the NVA (i'm too lazy to research)? In Germany we only have funny parties like the pirates

It are Flemish serparatist, their leader is Bart De Wever and they've won (made the biggest progress, the biggest party is still CD&V, catholics) the Flemish regional elections one week ago.
